Restorative Practices Training and Support Program.
Peace Restored™ is a restorative practices training and support program for elementary, middle, and high schools. Peace Restored™ is an effective model of preventing and managing classroom management issues and for creating a more welcoming school environment. Empowering educators to conduct circle facilitations in their schools, Peace Restored™ features a unique support component and provides ongoing coaching, consultation, and web conferencing support to educators who successfully complete the training program.
The Peace Restored™ program includes: 1-hour online staff orientation session; 32-hour online training for 2 educators; and 20 hours of implementation and evaluation training, role-playing, and online support with training participants.
The Peace Restored™ program includes: a single site | 1 year license; 1-hour online staff orientation session; all program modules, units, and courses; downloadable manuals, forms, and certificates of completion; 36-hour online training for 2 educators; and 20 hours of policy making, implementation and evaluation training, role-playing, and online support with training participants.
Facilitator trainees must attend all 36 hours and successfully complete the online training program to receive a certificate of completion. Facilitator trainees who successfully complete Peace Restored™ training fulfill the prerequisite requirement for facilitating circles at schools actively participating in the Peace Restored™ program.
Annual Participation Fee
Following Year 1, an Annual Participation Fee will be assessed for each program site choosing to continue Peace Restored™. The annual participation fee of $4,700 includes: a single site | 1 year license; all modules, units, or courses in the training program; downloadable manuals, forms, and certificates of completion; 36-hour online training for 2 educators; and 20 hours of policy making, implementation and evaluation training, role-playing, and online support with training participants.
